Will my site look the same in any browser?

We develop our sites as far as possible to display correctly in all browsers, the main ones being Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox and Opera. This ensures that all your visitors can see your site correctly no matter what browsers they are using. However, depending how advanced the features you require there may be slight differences in how different browsers display your site.

Can you help me with my current site?

If you have a web site that is under performing, needs updating or a complete redesign, then we can help. We will analyse your current site and advise on updates required etc. including navigation, functionality, e-commerce capability and overall design..

Do you sell domain names and hosting?

We do not offer hosting or sell domain names and have no re-seller deals with any company, we can therefore impartially advise on the best hosting package for your needs taking into consideration, bandwidth and support etc.

What will I pay for my web site?

That really depends on how much work we do on your site. A basic web site starts at about £350. If your site requires database work, search engine optimisation, web promotion or a shopping cart system then the price would go up. Basically the price reflects the amount of hours we work on your site.

Can I have a shopping cart?

The simple answer is YES! There are a number of options, a simple cart system can be incorporated into your site design, or indeed you could have a full blown content management system (CMS) or you could use a cart provided by PayPal.

Can you maintain my site?

Site maintenance is very important to the success of a web site. Without fresh content being added regularly your visitors will have no reason to keep returning. We can update your site on a regular basis for a small cost. Or, if you prefer we can train you to maintain your own site for a one off fee.

Can I get site statistics?

Site statistics are important, they help you find out how many people are visiting your site and where they are coming from. They tell you how many visitors are coming though search engines and which key phrase they are using. Many hosting packages will come with site stats as part of the package, some don't.
